What our customers say about us
Mary Jo Nelson, Deli/Bakery Director, Cub Foods – May 2010. Cub has 78 stores with average annual store volume of $37 million P.H.T. SYSTEMS are business partners for life. Everything they focus on is engineered for long term success. From their product lines, to their training, to their service, all needs are met or exceeded before you even know you had them. I am particularly fond of their service and follow through. No company that I have ever worked with goes to the lengths that P.H.T. does to ensure success in your operation. P.H.T. has a lead staff position officially titled as the KEEPER OF PROMISES – and that is exactly what they do. At P.H.T. Systems. a handshake is worth more than 1000 contracts – I like that too! Michael Goodman, Senior Category Manager, FoodserviceLund Food Holdings, Inc., Edina, MN – May 2010. Lunds was ranked #21 in Supermarket News’ Top 50 Independents 2/8/10 issue, has 21 stores, and does $505 million per year in volume P.H.T. Systems is one of those vendors that those of us in the supermarket business wish we had more of. Calling them my “deli equipment vendor” does not begin to describe their business philosophy or their impact on our operations. Yes they sell equipment, but that has never been what they are really all about. They are with us every step of the way from equipment specifications, purchasing, installation, training and menu development. They are involved in our stores literally from the conceptual planning stage to opening day and far beyond as the stores mature and evolve. The word “partner” is overused and typically refers to a hope or a wish rather than the day-to-day reality in our business. I can easily use the term partner when referring to P.H.T. Systems. In my business world these types of companies are very rare. In my case I can easily count them on one hand. I truly believe that they feel that the health and success of their business is directly tied to the success of ours. It is all too rare to work with companies that put their customer’s long range best interests ahead of their own short term gains. Every part of the P.H.T. organization is just top quality. Any organization is only as strong as their weakest link and I have honestly yet to find that link at P.H.T. I am lucky to have them working alongside us here at Jerry’s. Mike Jutz, V.P. Facilities/Equipment, Jerry's Enterprises, Edina, MN – May 2010. Jerry’s was ranked #6 in Supermarket News’ Top 50 Independents 2/8/10 issue, has 38 stores, and does $790 million per year in volume PHT is more than just an equipment supplier, they provide true partnership. Their dedication to on-going training and development as well as new programs and resources differentiates PHT from other providers Cub works with. The PHT sense of ownership extends past the “sell” and becomes one of support and reliability. If we need it, PHT does it. Once you have had experience with their True-Value-Added benefits, these will become the benchmarks used to evaluate future programs for your business. Chuck Lynch, Senior Vice President Operations, Cub Foods – May 2010. Cub has 78 stores with average annual store volume of $37 million.
